Return & Store Credit Policy – Deb’s Gems and Accessories

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
We do not offer refunds to the original form of payment.

Returns are accepted only for defective or damaged items and are eligible for store credit only, with prior approval.

Return Eligibility

  • Returns must be requested within 3 business days of delivery

  • Item must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging

  • Tags must be attached

  • Return must be approved before sending (unauthorized returns will not be accepted)

  • Once approved, items must be shipped back within 5 business days

  • Photos or videos may be required to verify damage or defects prior to approval

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for all return shipping.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or store credit:

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Pierced earrings (for hygiene reasons)

  • Any return requested after 3 business days of delivery

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. Any damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 3 business days of receipt.
Color variations due to lighting, photography, or screen settings are not considered defects

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once submitted. Store credit may be issued at our discretion if applicable.

Store Credit

Once an approved return is received and inspected, an email with your store credit will be sent within 5 business days.
Store credit expires 30 days from issuance.

Due to the nature of our small business, exchanges are not offered at this time.
